School Program
With an experience of more than 10 years our therapists treated students with a variety of underlying problems, including physical disabilities, developmental coordination disorder, fine motor difficulties, developmental delays and learning disabilities, such As hearing Loss, ADHD, Autism, Cerebral palsy and many others.The Speech Therapy Department in our Center will present through this program an introductory in-service to all teaching staff. The objective is to provide teachers with additional tools to help facilitate their student’s narrative skills.
The occupational Therapy Department will present an informational session for teaching staff based upon concepts related to sensory integration and self-regulation. The program will focus on defining the basics of Sensory Processing – identifying sensory preferences and use of sensory integration treatment approaches, Functional Skills – independence in dressing, feeding, self-organization, Fine motor skills – finger dexterity, wrist and forearm control, and hand strength, Gross motor skills – balance. Strength, praxis and body coordination, Cognitive skills – handwriting, maximizing attention, visual perceptual skills as well as the challenges which arise when a child has difficulty processing and perceiving information that comes in through these senses.
After finishing this program teachers will be able to determine any disorder related to:
- SOCIAL / EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- PERCEPTUAL SKILLS
- FINE AND GROSS MOTOR SKILLS
- SPEECH AND LANGUAGE
The training Program will be provided from Our center which will allow us to achieve certain awareness degree through your school community.

As the Dubai Based Language and Speech therapy Centre, our therapy services includes a thorough assessment, treatment and support for adults and children of all ages experiencing speech/articulation disorders, language (receptively and expressively) conditions, fluency disorders and auditory difficulties.
Speech, language, communication skills, and cognitive ability are common developmental delays in children. The purpose here is to use speech therapy, language therapy, and communication skills to help children overcome their issues.
- Social skills: the ability to empathize and interact successfully with their peer group, and also relate easily to adults.
- Language skills: the ability to have adequate language skills in order to benefit from experiences facilitating their cognitive, educational and social development.
- Executive function skills: the ability to hold and manipulate information in the brain, plan and regulate one’s behavior, problem-solve, and be creative.
- Emotional self-regulation skills: the ability to adapt behaviors depending on the situation, to control impulses and to shift attention.
- Self-regulation in learning skills: the ability to postpone immediate satisfaction to attain long-term goals, sustain attention, be persistent, and remain concentrated.
