Ms. Amrit Walia

Ms. Amrit Walia is a licensed CDA psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a master’s in applied psychology from Amity University Dubai. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Banasthali University in India. Ms. Amrit brings extensive experience as a psychologist in both center and school environments, where she provides evidence-based psychological counseling for a wide range of challenges, including chronic medical conditions, stressful situations, emotional and interpersonal issues, learning difficulties, and social and emotional disorders. She is also highly skilled in conducting psychoeducational evaluations, assessing personality traits, emotions, motivation, aptitude, and interests, which guide her in creating effective treatment plans and offering educational accommodations.
