Ms. Basma Salama is a QBA board-certified Behavior Analyst, IBA-certified professional, and Behavioral Therapist (CDA) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a strong background in educational psychology. Holding a master’s degree in educational psychology, she was certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the United States in 2021 and has recently achieved her Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification as well as International Behavior Analyst (IBA) certification from the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO).

With extensive experience in behavioral intervention, Basma is passionate about supporting children with developmental delays, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. She is committed to implementing evidence-based ABA therapy to foster meaningful progress and empower children to reach their full potential.
Since relocating to Dubai in 2019, Basma has played a key role in delivering personalized ABA therapy across centers, schools, and homes. She specializes in designing individualized behavior interventions that enhance communication, academic performance, and social behavioral skills. Her expertise in addressing behavioral difficulties and learning disorders ensures that children receive the necessary support to thrive.
